This week each pair danced twice, and this could be the final dance as a couple for some of them.

First round.

Melissa and Ade, Disco. Energetic and well executed, not the best Disco of the show, but it was good.

Kayla and Kupono, contemporary. Kupono pulled it off excellently, esp his performance. What worried me was that the American might not love this piece, and put them in the bottom three.

Caitlin and Jason, Foxtrot. I had to disagree with the judges on this one. I did not see their energies, and their performances were a bit awkward to me. I’d be surprised if they are not in the bottom. And I’d be shocked if they manage to the top 10 if they do are in the bottom three.

Jeanine and Phillip, Russian Folk Dance. I could understand that the show wanted to bring more dance element to the world. But, Folk dance for this couple, got to be joking. They didn’t do that bad as I thought though. However, this could make them in the bottom three.

Randi and Evan, Hip Hop. Good performance, though not memorable. Could have done it better.

Janette and Brandon, Argentine Tango. Best dance of the night, no doubt. The judges stood up for them too! It’s a pity that they’ll be broken up next week.

Second round.

Melissa and Ade, Waltz. Very smooth, the chemistry they had made it much better.

Kayla and Kupono, Broadway. Didn’t see character in them. Overall it was not bad.

Caitlin and Jason, Lyrical Jazz. Something’s missing there. They did dance very nice, but as the judges said, some magic element’s missing.

Jeanine and Phillip, Jive. What a night for them! Well, this time they did a good job, though the techniques were not there, esp Phillip. It’s very energetic and enjoyable.

Randi and Evan, Samba. Their makeup and dresses were a bit odd, And the dance fell with them.

Janette and Brandon, Jazz. Once again, they proved to be the best couple. Nothing to criticize. Good luck next week.

My guess for the bottom three, Kayla and Kupono, Caitlin and Jason, Jeanine and Phillip. Jason will be cut for sure, my bet on the girl is Caitlin, but if she performs great, it’s Kayla.

Janette and Brandon, Cha Cha. They are on fire! Brandon to me, it’s like Joshua of Season 4, though he still lacks of something. They’d definitely be in the top 10. And I believe Brandon will climb up to the finals. Mia Michaels complimented him very much as well, that he cried.

Kayla and Kupono, Contemporary, by Sonya. I love Sonya’s Choreography very much, and the songs she chose. This one’s no exception (the song was “Eyes on Fire” by Blue Foundation). And these two performs very well. Their chemistry and movements were both great.

Randi and Evan, Broadway. They executed it well. But their personalities did not shine. Nigel said they’d be in the top 10, and I believe it too.

Caitlin and Jason, Jazz. Brian Friedman’s Choreography was weird too, but this one’s fun to watch. They did a good job. However, I doubt this dance might get them in trouble.

Melissa and Ade, Classical Pas de deux. Ballet’s Melissa’s style, and she rocked it. Ade’s a bit fell behind though. I didn’t see a story in this dance, and the chemistry between them did not work well as before. They might be in danger.

Jeanine and Phillip, Hip Hop. The chain seemed to give them lots of troubles when training. But when they were on stage, no trouble. Everything’s great. And, they are now chained together.

Karla and Vitolio, Quick step. First time as couple, and they were doomed to this dead style. That’s what I thought first, lol. The costume change was brilliant, good job Jean-Marc. It’s not the best Quick step on the show so far, but it’s better than most of the other couples’.

My guess for the bottom three: Caitlin and Jason, Melissa and Ade, Randi and Evan. And we’ll say goodbye to Caitlin and Jason.

Jonathan and Karla, Hip Hop. Not a good start for the show. But Nigel’s overly harsh on them, think Karla’s got hurt for that. They’d be in the bottom, quite positive. And at least one of them will go home.

Asuka and Vitolio, Jazz. They are still not that related to each other, though they are both good at technique. The video tape of Asuka crying and Vitolio’s being sweet might save them.

Melissa and Ade, Rhumba. Great technique, great chemistry, everything’s great for this couple so far. Looking to see how they could handle something like hip hop.

Janette and Brandon, Hip Hop. Much better than the first routine. Janette’s really in it. Pity that Lil C’s not the judge tonight.

Kayla and Kupono, Viennese Waltz. Very beautiful routine, the first time they danced together and things worked out quite well.

Evan and Randi, Contemporary. Mia Michaels’ routine was a bit weird compared to her former pieces. But… it’s great. These two have the best chemistry of all, and their techniques are immense as well.

Caitlin and Jason, Paso Doble. Good, but not great. They still couldn’t top their first Bollywood  performance, and that would be their biggest problem with the judges.

Jeanine and Phillip, Broadway. Phillip’s working very hard, and it paid off. He’s doing an amazing job on this routine, except his performance was a bit lacking.

My guess for the bottome three, Jonathan and Karla, Caitlin and Jason, Jeanine and Phillip. Jonathan and Karla will go home.

Randi & Evan’s Jive was good, to start the show. They will be safe.

Melissa & Ade, taking Sonya’s weird Jazz routine really great. Love Sonya!

Caitlin & Jason’ Hiphop was soso, they were not that into it. Maybe last week great performance laid them some pressures.

Janette & Brandon’s so called fastest Disco (of the show) was fantastic.

Asuka & Vitolio, the Waltz was beautiful. Though I have a feeling they might end up in the bottom three again, and one of them (probably Asuka) is going home.

Kayla & Max’s wacky Pop Jazz kept them stay on the hot Tamale train.

Karla & Jonathan’s contemporary was great, if Jonathan could be stronger like Brandon or Vitolio, it would be amazing.

Jeanine & Philip, poor them… Tango’s not their genre, esp for Philip. It was weird to see him dance that style. They might be in the bottom three, but Jeanine should be safe, while Philip needs to pull out all he has.

Ashley & Kupono, the Hiphop was good in the first half, then fell down.

My guess of the three bottom couples: Asuka & Vitolio, Jeanine & Philip, Ashley & Kupono.

Asuka and Kupono will go home.
